24 Carrot Island Walkthrough

24 Carrot Island is the fourth island on Poptropica. It is classified as the "proper debut" of Poptropica, becuase you may have noticed that Time Tangled was a little bit harder than the first two islands, and 24 Carrot is a little bit harder again because you have no way of movement besides walking. So we might as well say this: DON'T WORRY IF IT TAKES YOU MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES. This is normal.

The Cat Scandal

First, go to Charlie's (right). Talk to Charlie and ask her where she last saw her cat. She will say, "By the old farmhouse." Go there (left). Once you get there, you will see that the door is boarded up. This is not a problem! Just go on the roof, and enter through the chimney. Grab the bowl by the couch and go to the Carrot King Diner (right). Ask the bartender to fill the bowl with milk, then go back to the barn, and you will notice that your Poptropican puts down the bowl of milk. (Actually go inside the barn house!) Now go onto the boxes to the right. Jump up to the light cord and climb up, going all the way to the left until you see a shower. Turn the shower on and the cat comes out. Chase the cat down to the first floor, and she will drink the milk and follow you, and this is the easy part: just go back to Charlie's and return her cat. You will see she gives you a crowbar.
Outside The Factory
Go all the way right until you get to the factory. Once you get there, climb up to the roof, and you will see the Vent Blueprint sticking out of a boarded up window. This is important! You must get this to pass the rest of the Island. Now go to the right and jump off the roof. You will see floating cans in the water with crossbones on them, so jump on those and click on the pipe. Your character will open it with the crowbar, and you have to go in there. Once you get in there, walk to the left, until you see a robotic carrot. This is the Carrot Transporter and can help you if you give up on the island. Now jump on the ledge to the left, then jump to where the moving things are. When the first one is up count to two and run. WARNING: do not stop running until you have passed all four of them. This will take a few tries. Or, you can run the first two and find a way for the last two on your own. Either way, once you do it, jump up and you will see a rat. Wait until the rat goes to the left side, then jump through the right of the hump-like opening. Now go to the left and pass through the tunnel.
The Vent System
You will now see a master machine. You should pull the two end knobs towards the middle and the middle one on the bottom. You will notice that soon after you do this, the lights will come on! Go to the right and jump on the boxes until you reach the top table, then jump on the magnet-looking thing. Once you get to the other side, enter the air vent. Look in the corner, and you will see the blueprint. Click on it and go over towards the Processing Room but don't enter it. Just grab the wire pullers by the entrance to it. Next, its time to actually go in a room! Go to the freezer and click on the box that says Security System. Cut all the wires and go to the Printing Room. Pass the crates and go to the floor, all the way to the left until you see a girl with bunny ears. Click on her hat, and then press the button in the middle.  She will thank you and give you a password. Is she one of the missing Poptropicans?

A Sinister Villain

Exit the Printer Room and go INSIDE the Processing Room. There are two bunny drones on the floor, so help them both. After you do that, go to the right and click on the door. You'll go through a trap door and have to avoid being squashed in a maze which leads you to an Authorised Bunny Drone Hat. Now you can exit. Put on the bunny ears and go through the door you tried to go through before. Take a couple of steps forward and Dr. Hare will talk to you. He will tell you to get in the cockpit. Just climb up the Rabbot and jump to the right. Take the rabbot ears off the boy's head and click on the computer. Type in (with your keyboard) the launch command, fuzzybunny. For the password, type in launch rabbot. Grab the joystick and you can control Dr. Hare's Space Rabbot. He's using those carrots as fuel! Normally, you'd want to avoid the asteroids, but since Dr. Hare's evil, make the rabbot hit the planets until it blows up. If you talk to the mayor, he'll give you the Island Medallion!

Time Tangled Island Walkthrough

Hi! I think I should put up the next walkthrough or two today, otherwise I'll never catch up to the flow of Islands!

Today, I'm helping you with Time Tangled. It's different from most islands on Poptropica, because you don't walk from screen to screen. Here is what you should do.

Main Street Mania

When you arrive on Main Street, walk right, past the Party Time Tower, and talk to the crying woman wearing glasses. She'll tell you the future is in peril and give you a Mission Printout. Step inside the Pendulum Lab, and you'll see a massive Future Machine. Drop down below you and push in the plug to power it up. Step through the door and you'll be transported to an ugly, broken-down future. Walk left to meet your white-haired future self. Talk to him or her and they'll give you a Time Device. It will appear in the bottom left of your screen.

The Time Device

Click on the device, and you'll see eleven Poptropicans all in a circle, and the word LAB on the top. If you click on a Poptropican, it will tell you what year that was in. Click on the knob, and you'll be able to transport yourself to that period. The goal of this island is to collect an item from one time period, and then transport it to its original (in history) home. You can go to any time period first, but here is the way I do it.

1519 AD: Aztec Empire

Click on the man with the blue headdress to get here. Dodge the guards, and climb up the third pyramid. An old warrior will give you his mask. Talk to the warriors on the ground. One of them will give you the Goggles.

1953 AD: Mount Everest

Click on the blue-hooded explorer, Edmund Hillary to get here. Climb up- and up- and up- to get to him. Give him the goggles. TIME PERIOD RESTORED will appear on your screen. This will happen eleven times through your game. Climb higher and you'll see the Statuette Of Liberty.

1882 AD: French Treaty

Click on the French, brown-haired (and bearded, and moustached) guy to get here. Go to the studio of Gaget, Gauthier Et Cie and give the sculptor the Statuette. Climb up the outside scaffolding to get a Notebook.

1516 AD: Da Vinci

Click on the man with a grey beard and brown hat to get here. Follow the signs to Leo's Workshop, and you'll eventually talk to the legendary inventor and painter, Leonardo Da Vinci. Give him the Notebook, he'll give you a Glider. Use the mechanism outside to get the Peace Medal below you.

1805 AD: Lewis and Clark

Click on Beaver Hat Man to get here. Travel right to the explorers who shaped English-Native American history. Give Lewis the Medal. If you climb a tree, see a beaver and time it right, you'll end up with a Stone Bowl.

1593 AD: Great Wall of China

Click on the grey-helmeted man with a moustache to get here. Take in the ugly surroundings. It isn't ugly today- it's the beautiful China Wall, which can be seen from SPACE!!! Climb up the wall and give the guard the Bowl. Explore and you'll find a man with a hammer. Beat him in a game and he'll give you Thor's Hammer. But we're not done here. Jump back down and right to find some Gunpowder. Now how could we use that...?

831 AD: Viking Travel

Click on the Ginga with long hair and a moustache to get here. Give the Hammer to the stranded Vikings. Climb up the mountain and put on your Glider. Fly over to the right and you can get a Viking Costume. You don't need it, but it's cool to wear. Travel back to the mountain and use your Gunpowder. Now you can enter a cave. A complicated maze with a sneaky trick will guide you to the Golden Vase.

328 BC: Ancient Greece

Click on the man with a golden helmet to get here. Donate the Vase to the Treasury and you can talk to the Oracle. She can give you valuable information, but then again, so can this walkthrough. The Phonograph is found on a roof nearby.

1877 AD: Tommy Edison

Click on the open eyed, clean shaven, simple-styled, brown-haired man to get here. He's Thomas Edison, who invented many patents. He's inside, waiting for you to give him the Phonograph. Outside and to the left is a strange vehicle, similar to a bike, but also a car. Stand on it and press the red cog and you'll travel right to a huge tree. Climb up it and then jump onto the roof of the building to the left to pick up the Sun Stone Piece.

1519 AD: Aztecs Again

Alert! Alert! Call the media! We've got the Sun Stone Piece, but still haven't visited two places! That's okay. Give the Stone to the queen on the second pyramid.

1776 AD: Graff House

Click on the black, tricornered hatted man to get here. On one of the rooftops are the Salt Rocks.

1387 AD: Mali Empire

Click on the last place on your device- a picture of a man- wait- woman! Give the man the salt rocks further up than you, then travel right to Timbuktu Inn. Piece a painting together for the trader, and you'll get the Grand Finale- the Declaration of Independence!

1776 AD: Graff Again

Give the man inside (Thomas Jefferson) the Declaration. Where to next? Read on.

NOW AD: Lab

The future is no longer in ruins! Power up the Future Machine again. Explore to find your future self again and they will give you the Island Medallion.
